Loan Servicing Transfer

The Loan Store does not service loans after closing. Once your loan funds, it’s transferred to a new servicer. This is a standard process and does not change your loan terms, interest rate, or escrow setup for taxes and insurance.

You’ll receive a Notice of Servicing Transfer from The Loan Store with your new servicer’s contact details. Your new servicer will also reach out to help you set up your payments.

You can access your mortgage information online through the servicer of your loan. Refer to the Notice of Transfer for details or contact your loan officer if you need assistance.
